Carlee has worked in the care sector for over 12 years where she started her career as a care worker and progressed into a Care Coordinator role, Carlee gained experience working in partnership with other professionals and managing a team for several community care companies. During her role as Care Coordinator, she worked with the Registered Manager to undertake improvements within an organisation to work to achieve a CQC rating of ‘Good’.
Carlee chose to develop her knowledge by undertaking a Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care. Carlee then widened her skills by exploring other avenues within the care sector and took on the role of a Care Coordinator for adults with challenging behaviours, shortly after, she became the Deputy Manager and went on to develop experience in a rostering role.
Carlee is currently working towards a AET NVQ in teaching to promote Stennack Homecare to become a training facility for the staff.
Isabella has worked in the care sector for nearly 6 years and has gained her level 2 In Health and Social Care.
Isabella has worked with Carlee in the community as a care worker and has shown enthusiasm to progress her role.
Isabella joined Stennack Homecare in November 2022 as a Homecare Care Coordinator with her role involving supporting with a person-centred care approach and office duties.
Isabella will be working towards her level 3 in health and social care and has just completed her epilepsy training.
Phoebe joined our small team as a community carer in November 2022 and in a small amount of time has worked hard to become a care co-ordinator taking over on-call responsibilities and undertaking her next level of qualifications.
Daisy has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 6 years as a community care worker.
Daisy developed her role and went on to work for the NHS hospital transport in 2020 where she gained experience with patient transport.
Daisy joined Stennack Homecare in May 2022 as a community care worker, Daisy soon quickly showed her experience and potential to progress. Daisy was promoted to a Homecare Care Co Ordinator in June 2022 and is currently undertaking her level 4 in Health and Social Care management
Charlotte Lever has worked in health and social care. For 12 years.
Charlotte has gained knowledge and experience within health and social care which has led her to progress and develop her role to become an office admin for Stennack Homecare.
Charlotte’s main role is to support with the recruitment process.
Rachel has worked in health and social care for over 5 years. Rachel has worked her way up to begin her Level 3 lead adult care qualification and has successfully taken on the care co Ordinator role within our team.
